Holy Stretch

Each Monday evening at 5 pm people join with facilitator Marlene Froegel for one hour of Holy Stretch. This exercise routine incorporates physical worship of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, through prayer, breath work and movement. It’s a great opportunity to tone and stretch mentally, physically and spiritually. There is no charge. For more information, contact Marlene at 507-895-6405.
